Sick Laserscanner daten in Robotino View

    Hello everyone,

I have the problem that I do not get data from the laser scanner.
We have a Robotino 3 with a Sick s300 laser scanner.
I don't get any data in Robotino View from the function blocks for the laser scanner (Laser rangefinder, Laser rangefinder analysis), although the Sick laser scanner is configured in the Robotino Web Interface. What could be the reason for this?

Is the LaserDevice correct? Try /dev/ttyS4

      Thanks for the quick response!
Until now it worked with the setting /dev/ttyS5
      with mapping in Robotino Factory.
What is the difference between /dev/ttyS4 and /dev/ttyS5?
Is there somewhere documentation regarding these settings?

So it is working with /dev/ttyS5. Fine. ttyS5 is the hardware interface. ttyS4 is the connected right next to ttyS5.

          Hello,

xyungelöst : How did you connect the Laserscanner to the hardware of the Robotino especially to the I/O Port of the Robotino?
