Help with a task

Hello everyone, I've got a task at my university that sound like this:
Implement a robotic system in a simulation environment that captures and moves objects to predefined positions.

And I've got this preset that i have to use to complete this task. Could someone help me how to solve it because there is no information on the internet and im really stuggling to do it.
