"The list of robots is empty" in Robotino Factory

Hi everyone! I was trying to use Robotino Factory in class with my fellows when as a mistake I shut down the Robotino we use from the list os registered robotinos and now, it do not appear the Robotino and we can use in again. It´s worked perfectly since the mistake. Can you help me? Thank you.

We use 2.5.12 version of Robotino Factory in Windows. I can´t find tutorials or documentation explaining what to do next.
