Running Program via Putty on Robotino

I upload the program to robotino and can run the program by using web interface. But Is there any way to run program on Robotino's Linux system.

I mean, ı can connect robotino by using putty. I found the program files on linux system but couldn't run program's by using command window. Program files' names are like 'circle.rw2'


Note: I know I am asking too much, but o couldn't find any source about that and first time working with robotino
