Not connected to the robot in Visual Express 2008

There is a program the robot's motion. In the simulator everything is connected and works, but when trying to connect to the Robotino, it gives an error

Looks like a network problem. Can you ping the robot? I slightly remember having had the same issue, I think the solution could be to run your program with administrator rights.

The robot is the ping.

Sorry for not answering earlier. What do you mean by "the robot is the ping"? Does the robot respond to the ping? Does it work vice versa? DId you try to run you program with admin rights?
