Settings Robotino CP Factory

Hello,
we want to connect our Robotino to the "RobotinoFactory" and to the "Fleetmanager". Is there any documention, which Settings i have to do?
The Robotino is already connected to the CP Factory Wi-Fi, but we can not find the Robotino in the RobotinoFactory or in the Fleetmanager.

Hello,

First confirm the connection is active, by going to the IP address in the web browser

From the MES PC, on the browser homepage, their should be a link for robotino, normally the IP is 172.21.X.X (or similar)

If you see the website of the robotino, then you know it is the correct IP.
Open Robotino factory, and click the "wifi/conect" button in the bottom right corner, and type this IP.

It should connect, and load the current map.

For fleetManager, it should automatically show up, after a period of ~30-60s - If it is on the correct wifi network, and the IP address of the MES computer, has not been changed.
I think from memory, the robotino is hard-coded to look for the IP address of the MES computer - but cannot confirm this 100%

I've got an new Image for my Robotino and did not save the map. I can click the "Connect" button at the bottom right corner, but I cant create an new Map, because I cant find any Robotino to connect.
There is no Robotino under " Show a List of Registerd Robotinos"

Update:
We can now see our Robotino in Robotino Factory. But our Problem is, that we have lost the scanner Settings. Which settings do we need for the Sick S30B Scanner to scan our map?

Hi! All settings are stored on Robotino, possibly your new image is set to RealSense by default.
Please navigate to the config tab and change the Laser Scanner to the S30B.
