  • Electric gripper arm data output

    Hey,

I am using Robotino View 3.1.3 and installed the electric gripper arm (8029452). The software find every 4 servos and it is possible to give them a input, like: servo 1 go to 90 degree. Then they start moving to a new position.
But it is not possible to get any information about the current servo positions. Furthermore, the function block give me a error (-1). I have no idea what -1 is meaning. I could not find any explanation for this error report in Robotion View Help. Due to this i cannot use the teach function. Every position, wich I get, is: servo 1 = 0, servo 2 = 0, servo 3 = 0 and servo 4 = 0.
It would be very nice, when you can help me. Do not forget to look at my picture. It is a screenshot out of Robotino View.

    Best Regards,
    Winni

    Hello,

The information on servos are transmitted through USB. Just plug the USB wire.
I am facing the same difficulty : I have been enable to command the electric gripper arm with RobotinoView.

    Regards,
    Romain

        Hey guys,
first of all I apologise my late reponse.

PrdEcam. The USB cable is pluged in. Furthermore I can command the electric gripper arm with RobotinoView and the Gripper start moving. But I cannot detect the position of the arm.

verbeek. I tried difference verison of robotino. At the moment I use robotino3-1.2.4, wich is declare as current version by Festo. (http://www.festo-didactic.com/de-de/...betriebssystem)
Can you recoommand the robotino versions, wich I can find in robotinowiki? (http://wiki.openrobotino.org/index.p...ater.29_images) I have no idea where are the differences. The error was always the same.

        Regards
        Winni
