The default marker detection is based on a library to detect simplified QR codes. Unfortunately there is no way to introduce new compositions as these markers are optimised for CV.
Here are some options for you:
-Switch to a completely new solution (Based on ROS/Fawkes/Smartsoft)
-Integrate a CV algorithm to detect your markers via C function block or Lua
-put the Robotino compatible markers next to your markers so both your icons as well as machine readable markers are present.
