At first I suggest to have sufficient knowledge about ROS to start from. If ROS itself is not a problem then you could start with the ROS wiki pages at the robotino wiki and the ROS wiki. Additionally you can find the official ROS packages in the robotino SVN or you can try our port: https://github.com/UniOL-AMT/uol-robotino-ros-indigo
It would be nice if you could be more specific with your questions if you need further support.
