  • API2 with Robotino 2 Display

    Hi guys,

We have a Robotino 2 and recently updated it to API2. Unfortunately, since the update the display message of the Robotino is not that informative any more. It switches through different screens summarizing that it cannot wind wlan0 and Internal AP, but it does not display the battery state and software version number any more. I tried comparing the files on the CF card before and after the API2 update but I cannot figure out where the lcd display configuration is located.

Has anyone of you encountered and solved that problem? I know it is not the end of the world, but I would really like to see the battery state on the robot. Thank you very much for your help!
    Best

With API2 on the Robotino 2 I am using the wifi works but it is not displayed as wlan0 but instead it is using the eth0 and giving the IP address there. Are you using the Robotino AP as client or AP? Is the voltage indicator showing 0.0V if it is you can downgrade the debs common and daemons to their 0.7.3 and 0.7.6 verison to get it to show the actual voltage. I am not really sure what is the situation with API2 and low voltage/battery discharge protection, does anyone know if it is there?
